LAKE COUNTY, Mont. — A head-on collision on U.S. Highway 93 near Ravalli has claimed the life of a 35-year-old Arlee man and sent another driver to the hospital, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
The fatal crash occurred on the morning of Sunday, January 11, 2026. Investigators report that Lyle R. Zyler, 35, of Arlee, was driving a Honda Civic northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 93 North. His vehicle collided head-on with a Ford F-150 that was traveling southbound in the correct lane.
